The iconic night time cityscape of Marina Bay will provide the dramatic backdrop in what looks set to be a crucial race in the battle between title rivals Lando Norris and Max Verstappen, as the drivers take on the street circuit of the Singapore GP on Sunday.
Verstappen will be determined to ease the growing anxiety around his title defence, with the Red Bull main man having now not won a race since he triumphed in Spain back in June.
That fallow period has allowed main challenger Norris to whittle away Verstappen’s lead at the top of the Drivers Championship to a a vunerable-looking 59 points, with the young British driver in pole position for Sunday’s race.
The main race takes place Sunday Sept. 22 at 7:55 p.m. SGT local time, which is 12:55 pm BST in the UK, 7:55 a.m. ET and 4:55 a.m. PT in the US and Canada, and 9:55 p.m. AEST in Australia. It will be held at the Marina Bay Street Circuit that spans the Downtown Core and Kallang areas of the city-state. The race will air in the US on ESPN and ESPN Plus.
The entire race weekend, including practice sessions and qualifying, will be shown in the US on ESPN’s family of TV and streaming networks. Folks looking to follow all of it will need access to the ABC and ESPN news channels on cable or live TV streaming services, or the ESPN Plus streaming service. We’ve broken down everything you need to know to stream today’s race, and all the other F1 races this season.

How to livestream the Singapore GP in the UK
F1 in the UK is shown on Sky Sports and Channel 4 — Sky Sports airs the races, practice rounds and qualifying, while free-to-air Channel 4 offers highlights broadcast after the day’s action takes place. If you already have Sky Sports as part of your TV package, you can stream the race via its app, but cord-cutters can watch Sky TV with unlimited Sky Sports on a Now TV membership.
Those in the UK will need Sky Sports to watch F1 racing in 2024. If you subscribe to Sky, you can get the £27 Complete Sports package in order to get the races.

Quick tips for streaming the races using a VPN
- With four variables at play — your ISP, browser, video streaming provider and VPN — your experience and success when streaming F1 races may vary.
